SMS Alerts
SMS alerts, also known as transactional or notification SMS, are designed to deliver specific updates to clients, members, or prospects. These messages can cover events, weather alerts, cancellations, order deliveries, and more.
Appointment Reminder SMS
Integrated within SMS alerts, appointment reminders allow you to send timely SMS notifications to clients or prospects hours or minutes before their scheduled appointments. This feature significantly reduces no-shows due to forgotten bookings.
SMS Prospecting
SMS prospecting campaigns target new customers to grow your business. Note that for non-B2B prospecting, you must have explicit consent from the recipient. SMSFactor offers a dedicated prospecting feature, including access to a database of over 30 million opt-in prospects. You can include clickable website links and deduplicate prospects against your existing database to avoid contacting current clients.
Pricing for prospecting starts at €0.14 per SMS and contact. For advanced filtering by profession or interests, the cost is €0.16 (excl. VAT) per contact, including SMS delivery. This feature requires a minimum of 5,000 contacts, equating to a minimum campaign budget of €700 (excl. VAT).
SMS Surveys
SMS surveys are an excellent tool for gauging customer satisfaction with your products or services. They can also support client research with both open- and closed-ended questions. SMSFactor enables you to schedule surveys at your preferred times and export responses in Excel for further analysis.
Survey pricing begins at €0.065 (excl. VAT) per SMS, with a minimum package of 1,000 SMS.
SMS Voting
For businesses looking to host contests, SMSFactor provides a dedicated SMS voting interface with:

Voting can be set up with standard or premium-rate SMS. This service starts at €500 and is currently available only in France.
Virtual Phone Number
A virtual mobile number is a dedicated line for business SMS communication, allowing you to send and receive messages. This is ideal for customer service applications, as clients can initiate contact. SMSFactor charges €7 (excl. VAT) per month for a virtual number, with incoming SMS free and outgoing SMS billed at standard pack rates.
Premium-Rate SMS (SMS+)
Premium-rate SMS are often used for contests, such as the Miss France pageant. SMSFactor supports automated contest scenarios and real-time result tracking. For each premium-rate SMS sent, SMSFactor pays you €0.25 (excl. VAT), while the sender incurs a €0.75 charge per SMS.
